Embarking on the next phase of the project was a truly captivating experience. What unfolded was a dynamic journey where participants took the reins in various engaging activities. From icebreakers fostering camaraderie to team-building exercises that brought us closer, and thought-provoking discussions on conflict resolution tailored to the nuances of each participating country, the diversity of activities enriched our collective experience. Post-activity sessions were equally enriching, with teams receiving valuable feedback from organizers who were dedicated to refining the overall program and fine-tuning specific elements. This feedback loop played a crucial role in shaping our journey, ensuring a continuous evolution toward excellence. As part of the program's itinerary, we had the unique opportunity to visit a local school. Here, the atmosphere shifted to more relaxed activities, allowing us to interact with the local community in a different setting. The exchange of ideas and experiences in this informal setting added a layer of depth to our understanding of the cultural fabric. Amidst the scheduled program, a generous portion of the day was set aside for free time. This gave us the flexibility to unwind and explore the surroundings. Some of us chose to soak up the sun on the local beach, while others ventured on a delightful trip to Ayia Napa, further enhancing the bonds forged during our collective endeavor. This blend of structured activities and free time provided a holistic and enjoyable experience, ensuring that both personal and collaborative growth were integral to our project journey.

Thank you Renos and all thanks to all participants. The youth exchange in Cyprus was a great experience. Meeting new people, getting to know new cultures, and learning so much. Activities from all cultures were well prepared and captivating. For me the most enjoyable ware activities from Czech Republic team. They “forced” us to use each person in the team to come up with ideas. So, these activities were most cooperative. At least from my perspective. In conclusion the youth exchange was a great experience. It was my first time in YE, and I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try and find out what it’s all about.

Participating in the Erasmus in Cyprus was very interesting experience for me, which opened my eyes to the diversity of cultures and ways of thinking. I met people (and made friends) from all over the world and got to know their culture, language and traditions, which broadened my horizons and helped me better understand cross-cultural relations. During the program, we had the opportunity to work together on various projects and activities, which helped me develop my communication skills and i had a very good practice in English language. I realized the importance of flexible thinking and adaptability. The only thing that makes me a little sad is that the program in the first days was very long for me (even if it was of good quality and made me a reflect on myself most of the times) and I think that if I could rest more, my contribution to this project could also be better. Also, I didn’t have that much time to explore Cyprus. Overall, Erasmus experience in Cyprus provided me with an exciting and enriching experience, which I will tell people about and which I will remember well. Thank you.

I took place in the January project and i have to say that the experience was amazing. The activities were fun and i was energised to continue with the project.

I was really curious if i would fit in a group of people from another country/religion/culture etc. but i was shaken when i realised that we all have the same problems or matters to deal with.

The organisers were also very helpfull and helped us having even more fun.

My team and especially our leader thank you for making this experience special.

"My participation in this project helped me surpass my limits and do things that I never thought I would be able to do, like public speaking and getting to know so many new people from so many different cultures. It also made me realise how important all the subjects were, for example, I learned how important human rights are for a funtioning society and a lot about social inclusion and conflict resolution. During that week I shared parts of my culture and experiences based on the subjects given by the hosts. Overall the experience helped me overcome some of my fears and learn a lot about other cultures."

It was my first project. My first erasmus project was indeed full of experiences. Interacting with individuals from diverse cultures exposed me to various perspectives across numerous domains. It fostered an environment where kindness and mutual respect were prevalent. I am eager to share the knowledge I have gained with everyone.

We spent our time of the youth exchange in the beautiful city of Paralimni in Cyprus. During the time of the project we learnt about essential topics such as social inclusion, conflict resolution and human rights, with each participating country presenting valuable insights. Games and energizers helped us to boost our energy and create a positive learning environment. In our free time, we explored the beautiful cliffs and surrounding landscape of Paralimni. The evenings were a highlight, as we enriched our evenings with the intercultural evenings. We delved into the histories of participating countries, learned national dances, admired their nature, played games and tried national dishes and drinks. As the project came to the end, it was time for us to say our goodbyes

Youth Exchange project in Cyprus was filled with a profound sense of accomplishment and cultural enrichment. This unique gathering brought together young individuals from Cyprus, Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, each contributing their distinctive cultural perspectives towards the overarching goals of promoting social inclusion, human rights, and conflict resolution. The emphasis on non-formal learning allowed for a dynamic and engaging educational environment, wherein the traditional boundaries of a classroom were replaced with the boundless possibilities of interactive and experiential learning. Field activities not only cemented our theoretical understandings but also highlighted the practical implications and applications of our shared learning objectives. Very enriching were the intercultural evenings, that beautifully showcased the diverse tapestry of cultures represented. It was a vivid reminder of the beauty that lies in diversity and the strength that comes from embracing our differences. Stepping into the role of a leader throughout this project has been a transformative experience for me. It challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, to lead by example, and to facilitate the exchange of ideas among a diverse group of individuals. The responsibility taught me invaluable lessons in patience, empathy, and effective communication. Leading such a wonderful, dynamic group reinforced the importance of listening, adapting, and inspiring others towards a common goal. This leadership role has not only been a profound learning journey but has also significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. As I reflect on the days spent here, I am struck by the power of such exchanges in breaking down barriers and building bridges between young people from diverse backgrounds. This project has not only broadened my understanding of crucial social issues but has also instilled in me a deeper appreciation for the richness of different cultures. The lessons learned and friendships forged here will undoubtedly resonate with me for a long time to come.

This project was wonderful for me. I think is one of best experiences to had ever.

I met Very interesting people from other countries where probably never meet in my life.

Now I know more things about non formal education and I have the change to use all this new knowledge in my work. I am manager at the summer camp for kids and I am adult teacher, so this new knowledge is very useful for me.

The Neci is Very good organization and they has prepared very interesting activities. My favorite of course is the tour in primary school. Over there we have the opportunity to teach that kids with new techniques and to have fun all together.

In additional the intercultural evening its amazing option to know one civilianization and have fun together.

I am so proud to overcame my fear in this project.

" For me, as a group coordinator, it was a challenge to adapt to different mentalities and characters. In the team I coordinated, I tried to involve everyone in all the activities, I delegated responsibility for each part of the activities. I believe that the project was a success, the feedback of the participants was positive. Also , we had the opportunity to create , to present our knowledge to the other participants from other country and to make an interactive program."

"Considering that it was the first project I participated in, I think it was a unique experience that I will definitely not forget. I had a lot to learn related to everything that non-formal learning means. I met new people from different cultures, traditions and customs. I learned what teamwork really means and resonated with all the project participants. This experience helped me overcome many of my fears, trying new things that I didn't do at school and I went out of my comfort zone, but they had a positive effect on me and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to participate in this type of project."

We were warmly welcomed from the second we arrived in the cypriot community filled with positivity and authenticity. I was a participant in the Erasmus Plus project in Cyprus and it was an enriching journey of cultural immersion and personal growth. Interacting with peers from Czechia, Slovakia, Turkey, Cyprus, Romania, Greece, and North Macedonia, I experienced the beauty of diversity firsthand. Through engaging non-formal learning activities, we delved into topics that expanded our horizons and challenged our perspectives. Collaborating on projects fostered a strong sense of unity and teamwork among us. The exchange provided a platform to celebrate our shared heritage while embracing our unique identities. Building friendships across borders was truly transformative, shaping my understanding of global citizenship. The project's impact extends far beyond its duration, inspiring us to be agents of positive change in our communities. Erasmus Plus exemplifies the power of youth exchanges in creating a more interconnected and inclusive world.

Youth exchange that was in Cyprus was interesting experience for me. I like the idea behind meeting new people and learning about their cultures. I learned a lot about different points of view from different people. Personally, I liked activities from Greece and Czech Republic. Greece had good topic with activities outside, they were good planed I enjoyed them. Czech Republic had good activities in terms of actual thinking and arguing, I found myself in situation when I had urge to argue about something and prove me right. In conclusion the youth exchange was a great experience for me, to some extend I proved myself in social skills. This trip was my first Erasmus, so I can’t compare it to some others, but I think that we should have more time for meeting each other, besides that one room and be able to explore place where we were. Other than that, I enjoyed it and would come to more projects like this one. Thank you, all participants, from all organisations.

I enjoyed the project, because I was once again able to meet new people, new cultures as well. The place was great although I was not able to explore it or at least enjoy it to the fullest, since I was ill along with other participants - at least a big part of the Slovakia team. Activities were good, but I would stretch them on more days, because first free days were very active, demanding and exhausting which was shown on energy of the participants. I think due to that most of us got ill. Because the rest of days were more chill, I would balance it. I really loved the part where we visited the school. Overall, it was not bad, but I felt the lack of socialization since there was no time to spare. When we had some "free time" we had to finish preparations for activities.
